directions for men
Directions For Men provides groups for men to come and talk about whatever it is that is affecting their mental health. We support each other through difficult times and we help each other by talking about what worked for us when we were going through difficult times.

mangang
The ManGang was founded by a man who struggled with poor mental health all of his adult life.
He, like many other men, found it difficult to share his experience and condition with others for fear of judgement.
He thought that he would be judged as being weak.
After losing a close friend to suicide on 2017, he embarked on a campaign to break the stigma that stopped his friend from talking about his issues.
The ManGang is based on the simple concept that ‘It’s Not Weak To Speak.’
yorkey dads
Yorkey Dads was set up at the start 2016 by Jack, Mike, Dan & Mike. We realised that there were a lot of support groups on Facebook for mums and females carers but not much in the way of support dads.
We decided to set up Yorkey Dads initially as a support mechanism for dads and male carers alike.
